Family Money ManagementFamily Money Management. There is nothing more important to a happy family then having a healthy and happy finances. As parents you may dream of giving your kids a good life. A good life may look different to you then it does to me, but what it boils down to is that you want your kids to have an amazing life without troubles or hardships. You want them to have everything and want for nothing. This dream is admirable, but may be impossible to achieve if you are experiencing money management issues. Think about it. If you are giving your kids everything you think they want or need but are stressed out about doing it, then what are they really getting?
They may be learning that the only way they can be loved is if they are "given stuff". What will life be like for them when they grow up and they think that "the only way someone will love me is if they give me stuff." Kids just want to be loved, to spend time with their family and to have a happy and healthy family. What are the Money Issues you are Dealing With?Start by thinking about what your family money management problems are. What problems do you deal with everyday? Is it your spouse spending too much? Do you have Unpaid bills? Feel you don't have enough money? Maybe you have too much money and your family has every gadget, and every "new thing" but doesn't appreciate it. Are you giving your kids "everything" at the sacrifice of your or their future? Maybe you are just trying to "Keep up with the Jones", whatever your problems are think about how they are effecting your relationships with your kids? Your partner? Your health? Your friends? The number one cause of divorce and the break up of families is money. Are you putting what is most important to you - your family - at risk because you don't want to deal with your money issues? I am sure you have a reoccurring argument in your household. Think about what it is - Is it about how the money should be spent, or how much debt you have, or are you just avoiding talking to each other and taking on all the stress by yourself? "If you commit yourself to Melanie Fine's system
and follow her structures carefully you will build your personal
wealth. I didn't. I just did bits and pieces of it, haphazardly, and
yet the results were so surprising and created such a transformation
in my finances that I jumped in whole hog. I've always been lucky
enough to always have income coming in, but for the first time in my
life I have power around my money. Thanks, Melanie. "

for them. What are they learning by this example? They are learning that to have
all this "stuff" means that you are stressed out or worse, checked out.
It
is usually a lack of
knowledge about how to manage your family's money that causes the despair you
may feel or that feeling of being out of control. Unfortunately, many people don't seek the help they need
before it's too
late. The good news is, however, that you have come to the right place
to learn how to manage your family's money and more importantly how to work
together as a family to manage your money and get you on track.
