Pause Before You Purchase

I find that the best way I save money is by pausing before I purchase something. So if there is something I want to buy I stop for a minute and think - "Do I really want this?" Then I work through it in my head. Do I really need this? or Do I really want this? - Then I assess my needs and wants!

I have saved so much money doing this! No more impluse buying!
