Do you have a spare room you could rent out? There are many ways to do
this other than the traditional "roommate" scenario. Maybe someone commutes to
the city you live in and only needs the room from Monday to Friday. That could
be a great way to make some money and still have your privacy on your

Rent out your driveway. Do you have extra space on your driveway?
Maybe you are out all day at work and you live near an urban area where parking
is in short supply. You could rent your driveway out for the workday. Have your
