Trade Babysitting with Friends

My husband and I try to do this every other weekend. So our friends get a night out, and so do we once or twice a month! That way we knew that we had at least two nights a month. We would usually take their kids to sleep over and vice a versa. This meant we didnt' have babysitting costs and we had 1-2 whole nights to ourselves! We saved money and had time to work on our relationship. We usually save our "entertainment budget" for that night - or just enjoy the quietness of our house.
