Poached Tomatoes and Eggs.

(Prep + Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4)

4 eggs

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. fresh dill

3 medium tomatoes

1/2 tsp. white pepper

1/2 tsp. paprika

1 red onion

1 tsp. salt

Spray the ramekins with the olive oil inside

Beat the eggs in every ramekin.

Combine the paprika, white pepper, fresh dill, and salt together in the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture.

After this, chop the red onion.

Chop the tomatoes into the tiny pieces and combine them with the onion. Stir the mixture.

Then sprinkle the eggs with the tomato mixture.

Add spice mixture and transfer the eggs to the Instant Pot.

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot mode STEAM

Cook the dish for 5 minutes. Then remove the dish from the Instant Pot and chill it little.

Serve the dish immediately. Enjoy!
