Egg Side Dish.

(Prep + Cooking Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 6)

8 eggs

1 tbsp. mustard

1 tsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. mayo sauce

1/4 cup. dill

1/4 cup. cream

1 tsp. ground white pepper

Put the eggs in the Instant Pot and add water.

Cook the eggs at the high pressure for 5 minutes

Then remove the eggs from the Instant Pot and chill

Peel the eggs and cut them into 2 parts

Discard the egg yolks and mash them

Then add the mustard, cream, salt, mayo sauce, ground white pepper, and minced garlic in the mashed egg yolks

Chop the dill and sprinkle the egg yolk mixture with the chopped dill.

Mix up it carefully until you get smooth and homogenous mass

Then transfer the egg yolk mixture to the pastry bag.

Fill the egg whites with the mixture

Serve the dish immediately. Enjoy!
