Spinach, Bacon & Eggs.

(Prep + Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4)

7 oz. bacon

3 tbsp. cream

1/2 cup. spinach

2 tsp. butter

4 eggs, boiled

1 tsp. cilantro

1/2 tsp. ground white pepper

Slice the bacon and sprinkle it with the ground white pepper, and cilantro. Stir the mixture

Peel eggs and wrap them in the spinach leaves

Then wrap the eggs in the sliced bacon

Set the Instant Pot mode MEAT/STEW and transfer the wrapped eggs

Add butter and cook the dish for 10 minutes.

When the time is over - remove the eggs from the Instant Pot and sprinkle them with the cream.

Serve the dish hot.
